About Brad Cooper

Brad Cooper is a nationally recognized mortgage expert, Partner, and Mortgage Coach of Loan Officer Success in Farmington, Missouri. He has helped thousands of families and loan officers nationwide, while compiling over 15 years of mortgage experience. His unique blend of customer care, financial expertise and experience is the driving force behind his great success.

Brad is a recognized leader in the mortgage industry. He has helped a diverse range of buyers. Many first time home buyers and repeat buyers who have had bankruptcies and less than perfect credit have experienced Brad’s “hands on” style guiding them through the loan process. Brad has taken a special interest in credit repair and is recognized as an expert in helping those credit-challenged buyers realize their dream of home ownership.

Throughout Brad’s extensive financial services career, he has won numerous awards and received accolades for his commitment to excellence. These awards have included “MVP of the Year” and “Top Mortgage Marketer of the Year”. He has earned the respect and admiration of his peers.

A resident of St. Francois County in Missouri, Brad has had the spotlight on KTJJ 98 FM radio monthly as an expert and is currently the host of the weekly “Insider Mortgage Tip” Radio Show on KREI 800 AM. The show shares with listeners who have had less than perfect credit, how to obtain financing for a home with very little out of pocket expense and attractive interest rates. Brad has also written numerous articles on the subject of credit challenged buyers and has contributed numerous mortgage related articles published in the Daily Journal.

In July of 2005, Brad was selected as one of twelve loan officers in the world to be part of an “Elite” Platinum Coaching Group. Brad is also a member of the Missouri Association and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. In addition, Brad is a founding member and is currently serving on the board of directors for the National Association of Responsible Loan Officers. He is a member of the Mineral Area Board and the Jefferson County Board of Realtors and belongs to the Chambers of Commerce in Park Hills and Farmington, Missouri. He is a past president and an active member in the Lions Club, a member of the Masonic Lodge #154. and serves as a board member on the Mineral Area College Foundation Board. In addition, Brad has developed speeches and workshops tailored for multiple audiences.
